Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficient typing skills (speed and accuracy)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Familiarity with office equipment and procedures

Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry tasks into company databases and systems

Input, verify, and maintain accurate data in the company’s database systems

Update and edit existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation

Maintain and organise physical and electronic files

Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents

Coordinate with other departments to facilitate workflow

Manage inventory and procure office supplies

Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Provide support to colleagues  and team members as needed

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
