Job Description
We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
Responsibilities

Create SOPs, working structure and manuals for
○ full-time Karyakartas ○ Volunteers ○ Organization Team - Plan and coordinate the Team for best outcomes and Karyakartas developments.
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
- Conduct new employee orientations and process paperwork’s.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Advise managers on policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
