Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry tasks into company databases and systems
- Input, verify, and maintain accurate data in the company’s database systems
- Update and edit existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Maintain and organise physical and electronic files
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate workflow
- Manage inventory and procure office supplies
- Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support to colleagues and team members as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
