Pariksha, an initiave of I am Samarth, is an adaptive testing that tailors the difficulty of the exam questions to the student’s ability. As the student answers questions, the software adjusts the difficulty of subsequent questions to find the student’s “sweet spot” (not too easy, not too hard).
Adaptive testing can reduce the need for multiple exam versions, saving on administrative costs. Personalised learning can improve student performance and satisfaction, potentially leading to higher enrolment.
